How do I contact a PLU student or employee (faculty or staff)?
Online: PLU student and employee email addressees are available online via a people search. If the person you are looking for is not listed, they may have chosen to be removed from this list or the account may not yet be activated.
Phone: On-campus students and employees can be reached by calling the Hospitality Services at 253-531-6900 to be transferred to the correct extension.
How can I get an official transcript?
To order a transcript, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse website.
Calendars
Where can I find a master calendar of events?
There is no central place on campus that coordinates all event information. You will find the event you are looking for on one of the following calendars.
PLU Calendar – A searchable database calendar of events, room reservations and related scheduling information.
Academic Calendar – Two-year calendar featured in the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalog.
Sports Schedules – Schedules and results are indexed by sport.

Where is the PLU campus located?
Pacific Lutheran University is located 7 miles south of downtown Tacoma, Washington.
- Take exit 127 off Interstate 5 and head east on Highway 512.
- Continue on 512 for approximately two miles to Pacific Avenue S. (Parkland-Spanaway exit).
- Turn right (south) on Pacific Avenue S. to 121st Street S.
- Turn right on 121st.
Administrative offices, including the Office of Admissions, are located in the Hauge Administration Building near the intersection of 121st and Yakima Street S.

Using Banner Web
How can I view my transcript online?
Current students only. Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and printed using Banner Web. Banner Web can be accessed from the Online Services link on PLU’s home page. Login to Banner Web using your User Identification Number (student ID) and your Personal Identification Number (birth date for first-time users). You may be asked to re-enter your PIN for verification. From the main menu follow this path:
