“Day in the Life” RA Vlog: Residence Hall Events

Part of life in the residence halls is about “adding sparkle” into students’ lives. That’s what Cordelia Seil ’27 and others bring to residence hall life as Resident Assistants (RAs).

Codelia says “I love the sense of community that I get to cultivate for my residents. It’s so rewarding to see students go from terrified on move-in day to feeling like the hall is home…and knowing I had some part in making that happen!”

Check out this video of a “pants painting party” hosted in Hinderlie Hall. Residence hall programs are free and provide a chance for you to connect with other students. When it comes to PLU’s campus culture, Cordelia says “students and faculty genuinely care so much about their peers and the small campus can often feel like I live in a lovely small town.”
