Responsibilities
Michael started with Pacific Lutheran University in early 2025. In his role as the Assistant Director of Donor Communications, Michael plays a key role within the Annual Giving team, which includes leading strategic multichannel fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and more.
Biography
A resident of the Pacific Northwest since early 2017, Michael brings a passion for higher education and is excited to join the team and contribute to our important mission and work. Previously, he has held similar roles within higher ed, most recently at Stanford Medicine and previously with the University of Washington and Eastern Mennonite University. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Global Marketing Communication & Advertising from Emerson College. When Michael is not working, you can find him hiking and exploring the PNW great outdoors, spending time with family and friends, a love of pop culture, discovering new things.
