Biography

Tom has overarching responsibility for Residential Life and takes a particular interest in issues related to mission and vision, budget, occupancy and facility planning. Tom has supervisory responsibility for the Directors of Campus Safety and Career Connections, and takes a lead in emergency/crisis planning and response for the Division of Student Life. Having served over 20 years as an administrator at PLU, Tom brings his experience and expertise to a variety of university committees and roles.

A transplanted Midwesterner, Tom is very happy to call PLU and Tacoma home. When away from the office he enjoys exploring and taking advantage of local opportunities with his family and friends.
