The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department reported an armed suspect in the area of C st. South and 123rd st S. Please stay indoors.

Central Pierce Fire and Rescue responded today to a fire alarm at Foss Hall, an unoccupied PLU structure. CPFR put the fire out and there are no injuries reported. CPFR has a large number of responding vehicles on scene, and have cordoned off the intersection of 124th & Yakima for hydrant access and support vehicles....
