Central Pierce Fire and Rescue is responding to a reported fire near the AUC. Stay clear of the area given the heavy presence of emergency vehicles.

Police pursued an individual who attempted to break a window of the police vehicle then fled onto campus. The suspect was immediately apprehended. There is no threat to the campus or the community.

Police are responding to a stabbing at Garfield and C St. Suspect has fled the scene. The incident is not related to PLU in any way nor do we believe there is any threat to campus. Please avoid the area until further notice. Updates to follow.
