Drop & Refund Policies
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to withdraw your registration. Policies and refunds vary by program, so please review the information on this page carefully prior to withdrawing. We also recommend contacting us prior to withdrawing, to discuss any other options that might be available to you.
Cancellations and Refunds
Classes may need to be canceled if enrollment is low (decision will be made 2 business days before the class is scheduled to start). You will receive a 100% refund in the same manner in which you paid. Refunds generally take 5 to 7 business days to complete.
In Person Continuing Education Classes
A refund (minus the nonrefundable registration fee) will be made if you withdraw at least five working days prior to the class start date. No refund will be made after that date. There are no partial refunds. A 100% refund will be made if PLU CCNL cancels the course.
Online Continuing Education Classes
A refund (minus the nonrefundable registration fee) will be made if you withdraw at least three working days prior to the class start date. No refund will be made after that date. There are no partial refunds. A 100% refund will be made if PLU CCNL cancels the course.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We reserves the right to approve or deny requests for exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis. If you have a special circumstance, please contact the appropriate department prior to withdrawing from your course.
Withdrawal Process
To withdraw from a registered class, please complete the Withdrawal Form. We will be in touch by email within 3-5 business days of submission.
