Healthcare Operations Intern
HopeCentral’s internship program is targeted at the young adult interested in an educational opportunity at the intersection of healthcare, child development and faith-based community development. This part-time position is ideal for the motivated student seeking an internship experience to complement their academic pursuits.
The Healthcare Operations internship is specifically structured for individuals in learning about healthcare administration in a non-profit setting. This is a part-time, 12-month internship and is conducted in partnership with the Murdock Charitable Trust. The internship begins on August 1, 2022.
Interns will also participate in a structured program focused on topics related to vocational and faith formation. Activities will include regular meetings with mentors, monthly readings and assignments, and an overnight, multi-day retreat.
The internship site locations will be a combination of office-based and remote.
This is an unpaid internship. No wages or benefits will be paid in compensation for work completed during the internship. A $1,041.67 monthly stipend will be provided to defray intern living expenses during participation in the internship program.
