Biography

Josh is a recent grad from Pacific Lutheran University in 2016 with a B.A. degree in Philosophy with department honors and a minor in politics and government. He comes to PLU with an extensive background in hospitality and restaurant management; with over 20 years of experience working in various roles from dishwasher to Assistant Director of Restaurants for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. His work experience spans from California to Nevada and most recently here in Seattle at a few of the local bars and restaurants
