Step It Up

When: Tuesdays, 12:15 – 12:45pm
Dates: January 5 – January 26
Where: Olson Fieldhouse
Cost: $10
Minimum Enrollment: 12
Instructor: Susan Westering
Description: A fun 25 minute aerobic workout on the step with a 5 minute cool down. Your heart will love you!

Core Fitness

When: Wednesdays, 12:15 -12:45pm
Dates: January 6 – January 27
Where: Memorial Gym
Cost: $10
Minimum Enrollment: 12
Instructor: Allison Stephens
Description: 30 minutes of strength and flexibility exercises focusing on the entire core.  Please bring a mat.

Remember to bring your PLU ID card.
