I find the greatest satisfaction in working with students who face challenges in mathematics but are determined to put in the effort needed to succeed. I am especially rewarded when students share their feedback, expressing that they were initially worried about the course but found it manageable, understandable, and engaging thanks to my support. Seeing their progress and enthusiasm grow is truly fulfilling and motivates me to continue helping students overcome their mathematical hurdles.
