Zach Sharp-Baskins, Therapist in Training
A little about myself, my name is Zachary Sharp-Baskins, though I go by Zach. I am a 32 heterosexual male who is married with what I describe as a zoo at home. Me and my partner have 7 lovely dogs that we treat like our children as well as a plethora of other small creatures. I graduated with honors from Central Washington University in 2021, majoring in psychology and minoring in sociology. I pride myself on my compassion and my ability to listen without judgement.
As a therapist, I recognize the fear that partaking in therapy can bring about, especially when considering the vulnerabilities that may be exposed. I am here to help ease those concerns by providing a safe space for you. I believe in a gentle approach, where we coexist and can breath with ease. Communication is the key to any healthy relationship, and I use a systemic approach in helping you unlock the skills to improve upon what you already know. Our systems are great machines full of many cogs, sometimes we have to sit back and work on a cog that might be a little stuck. I look forward to working with you as we take this journey together.
