High School Woodwind Workshop

This workshop for high school woodwind players will include instrument masterclasses, ensemble rehearsals, and performances.  Sessions with faculty will focus on practice tips, performance anxiety, phrasing and musicality, audition advice, and college preparation. All participants will perform in an instrumental ensemble.

• 12:30 pm – Check-in
• 1:00 pm – Session with Faculty on How to Be a Better Musician
• 2:00 pm – Instrument Masterclasses
• 3:00 pm – Ensemble Rehearsals
• 4:15 pm – Snack and College Q&A
• 5:00 pm – Workshop Showcase Concert featuring Students and Faculty
