COPE Health Scholars Program

The Health Scholar Program is a training program tailored to individuals interested in pursuing or seeking to advance their career in health care. Our program allows students to gain firsthand experience in both clinical and administrative healthcare settings as an integral part of the care delivery team.

In their role, Scholars learn to provide basic patient care alongside nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals. This program is offered year-round, with enrollment occurring every quarter. Our upcoming deadlines are November 14th for December Training and December 15th for January Training. Most individuals graduate from the program in 15 months after completing 250 hours of health care experience with a commitment of one 4-hour shift per week. However, we also have accelerated tracks of 9-month and 3-month options.
