Seed Internships 2025 Application is open

Looking for a hands-on professional internship next summer? The application for our Seed Internships 2025 program is officially open! With multiple employer partners and almost 900 applicants last year, this is an opportunity that can’t be missed.

Seed Internships invests in the vibrant future of the Puget Sound by identifying exceptional college students from diverse backgrounds, and matching them with top, local employers. Undergraduate students attending school in the Puget Sound region, or with roots in the Puget Sound region, are eligible to apply. Students will need to submit their resume to be considered for all internship opportunities. Selected applicants will be invited to an interview event where they will receive real-time, constructive feedback.
