David Smock

David Smock passed away November 19, 2021, from complications of tongue cancer. He enjoyed his career as a sports broadcaster, especially the last 10 years, doing play-by-play for the college level in California. His long career included Occidental College, California State University at Dominguez Hills and California State University at Fullerton. He is survived by his fiancée, Deborah Unoura, his sister, Diana Gosliga (Jim), his mother, Jeannine Smock and his aunt, Edith Cheoros. He also leaves behind many friends and colleagues.
