Paul Steen ’54 died Dec. 16.
Steen died Dec. 16. Paul graduated from PLU, eventually joined the faculty and helped develop the new TV production studio in 1960. In 1967, he became the General Manager of KPBS-TV and FM at San Diego State University. Friends will recall the children of Paul and his wife, Patty: Michael and Melanie (Steen) Billingsley ’85, now of Seattle and San Diego, respectively. Divorced, Paul later married again and is survived by his wife, Judy. He is survived by his siblings, David Steen ’57, James Steen ’67 and Lorilie Steen ’58. He is preceded in death by his father, Ernest, and mother, Inez Steen ’53.
