Isaac Marion grew up in the mossy depths of the Pacific Northwest, where he worked as a heating installer, a security guard, and a visitation supervisor for foster children before publishing his debut novel in 2010. Warm Bodies became a #5 New York Times bestseller and inspired a major Hollywood film adaptation. It has been translated into twenty-five languages worldwide. Isaac lives in Seattle where he is finishing the final volume of the Warm Bodies series and playing in a band or two.

Earl LovelaceEarl Lovelace was born in Toco, Trinidad, and has lived most of his life on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. His books include The Wine of Astonishment, While Gods Are Falling, winner of the BP Independence Award, the Caribbean classic The Dragon Can’t Dance, and Salt, which won the 1997 Commonwealth Writers Prize. He is the author of the new novel Is Just a Movie, published by Haymarket Books. The novel was named the Grand Prize winner of the 2012 Bocas Literary Festival.

Acknowledgment of Funding and Certification As a recipient of federal coronavirus relief funding under the CARES Act, PLU was not required to submit an application for federal coronavirus relief funding provided under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA). PLU received its allocation of CRRSAA funding on January 19, 2021. In keeping with the terms of the acceptance of these funds, PLU will use $1,467,935, as stated under Section 314(1)(a) of the CRRSA Act
