GAC transferable credits. International Baccalaureate (IB) A maximum of 30 semester hours may be granted for completion of the IB Diploma. A maximum of four semester hours per course may be granted for courses identified on an IB Certificate if a score of 4 or higher is awarded. Scandinavia Upper Secondary School Completion A maximum of 32 semester hours may be granted for completion of standard upper secondary school diploma (such as Vitnemål) in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland.
