Sr. Helen Puwein Head of School, Bellefonte Community College, Shillong, India Biography Biography Sr. Helen Puwein completed her Master of Social Work from Chennai University in 2003. In addition to teaching at PLU, Kristen is also an instructor through the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) and teaches fetal monitoring courses to nurses and obstetric providers.
