The ICO Team Lucero Topete | is the founder and director of the Instituto Cultural Oaxaca, the host institution for the program. She holds an M.A. in History from the Sorbonne in Paris and is former director of the Oaxacan Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia.

The PLU campus spanned the globe in January when classes convened in Australia, China, Italy, Namibia, Peru, Neah Bay, Washington and on the Antarctic Peninsula. It was the first time that students from one university studied at the same time on all seven continents.

Program Cost for Post-Master’s (APRN prepared) to DNPTuition is based on a cohort model for the 2024 cohort.
