Once the form is created in Formstack (contact Julie Winters for help), go to the form settings. Below is a video on how to embed a form on a WordPress page.   https://www.plu.edu/web-deputy-help/wp-content/uploads/sites/435/2019/08/adding-a-form.mp4   When you add a form do not forget to check a file group, otherwise your form won’t appear on the page. The tag selector is located on the right side of the document screen.
