The PLU Disc Golf Course is a 9-hole adventure with turf tee pads that leads players through Pacific Lutheran University beautiful cross country course.  This brand new course is free to use and open to all members of the Pacific Lutheran University community.  The first hole is located directly behind the Columbia Center. A demotion is a movement to a position with lesser responsibilities and/or a lower pay grade. Demotions may occur as a result of organizational realignments or performance difficulties among other possible reasons. If an employee is demoted, the circumstances of each case will be reviewed to ascertain the appropriate pay rate for the new job.
