Student feedback for courses and teaching performance are secured at least once for each course every semester and are one element of faculty evaluation, along with faculty self-evaluation and the Dean’s evaluations of faculty. Faculty members are reviewed for promotion and/or tenure (permanent retention) by the PLU Rank and Tenure Committee according to the schedule established by the university. Each Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that employees can access and consult the PLU Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan at any time.  This Plan is available as part of the PLU Occupational Health & Safety Manual. A copy of this exposure plan must be available to the Director of the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries upon request for examination and copying.
