Operating a vehicle on the inner campus is strictly regulated. All vehicles must adhere to a five mile per hour speed limit. Student vehicles are not usually permitted on the inner campus except during official move-in and out days. For the purpose of driving on campus, these dates are defined as the three days following the opening of the residence halls in fall and three days prior to the closing of the residence halls in spring. Commute Smart provides education in and support for alternative transportation methods for PLU students, faculty and staff, through a variety of policies, programs, and benefits.
Commute Trip Reduction Survey. All benefits eligible employees (commuters and non-commuters) need to complete the survey, regardless of how you get to work. Responses are fully anonymous. You should receive a link for the survey via email. The survey helps us understand and report reductions in air pollution and energy use.
