Rachel has two beautiful children who continue to inspire her daily, and  encourage her to stay connected to creativity. In 2019, she wrote and illustrated her first published Children’s Picture book, When Your Cookie Crumbles. While her background is in Literature, her true love language is in Psychology and Behavioral Health. In her free time, she enjoys reading about philosophy, psychology, and practicing
