Mathematics, Engineering, Science, and Achievement (MESA) works to support underrepresented students achieving and contributing their full potential in mathematics, engineering and science.
Mentors. MESA student members have additional opportunities to participate in STEM competitions, field trips, workshops, internships and summer camps. We are located on the campus of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, where we collaborate with the College of Natural Sciences and the School of Education. Tacoma MESA also relies on guidance and expertise from our volunteer Board of Directors.

The Center for Student Success (CSS) is a campus-wide network of units dedicated to helping students succeed at PLU.
Center for Student SuccessFall 2024 hours: The CSS is working through Monday through Thursday in person and Fridays virtually. Students are welcome to make appointments in-person or via zoom Monday-Friday. Office hours are 9 am-4 pm. The Center for Student Success will be working virtually November 26-27.
