    Emeritus of History at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, North Carolina, began his academic career in 1974 at PLU, offering the university’s first college-level Holocaust course. Dr. Browning’s research and teaching excellence put PLU on the academic landscape of Holocaust and Genocide Studies. His work continues to influence the field of Holocaust scholarship worldwide.   • The Center for Student Success (CSS) is a campus-wide network of units dedicated to helping students succeed at PLU.

    Center for Student SuccessFall 2024 hours:  The CSS is working through Monday through Thursday in person and Fridays virtually. Students are welcome to make appointments in-person or via zoom Monday-Friday.  Office hours are 9 am-4 pm. The Center for Student Success will be working virtually November 26-27. Please email AADV@plu.edu or chat us. We will be closed December 17th for a holiday staff retreat. We will also be virtual December 18-23. PLU is closed December 24 to January 1. Advisors
