Since Fall of 2016, we have used a product from a company called Watermark to collect this feedback from our students (Watermark bought EvaluationKit, the company with whom we originally contracted). As of Fall 2024, we have transitioned to the Qualtrics XM course survey tool to collect feedback from our students
