Payment and AppealsPayment of Parking Tickets Ticketing hours are 7AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. You can pay for your parking ticket online via your PermitExpress account by selecting “Pay Citations” from the home page or at Old Main Market in the University Center. Payments may be made with card or student account. Most, not all, tickets paid within 1 day of issuance are eligible for a 50% reduction of fine. Bjug Harstad and Harstad HallBjug Aanondsen was born on December 17, 1848 in Valle, Setesdal, Norway. In 1861, Bjug and his family left Norway to begin a new life in America. Bjug was accepted as a student at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa in 1865. It was at Luther that Bjug changed his last name to Harstad, the name of the farm he came from in Norway. Upon graduation from Luther College in 1871, Harstad entered Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. His career as a pastor began in 1874

PLU Guitar Orchestra and EnsembleRegistering for Guitar Orchestra & Ensemble (Music 318) Registration for new students is best done in person at the Music Office. Academic Calendar: Dates and DeadlinesPLU’s current 4-1-4 calendar took effect in 1969-70. There are two terms of 15 weeks (including finals week) surrounding a month-long term in January (‘J-term’). The PLU Academic Calendar is approved by the Faculty Assembly each year.  Graduate programs may follow a different academic calendar, especially in summer.
