Stan Sanvel Rubin Founding Director Biography Biography Stan Sanvel Rubin is founding director of the Rainier Writing Workshop at PLU. He served for over twenty years as Director of the Brockport Writers Forum and Videotape Library (SUNY), a multi-faceted literary arts program.
