Mortgage Assistance, Education, and Resources (wa.gov) Home Repair and Rehabilitation Program Program Structure Pierce County Human Services provides two programs to assist households with health and safety repairs of their home. The Home Repair Program provides grants for no-cost emergency health and safety repairs. Campus Safety Officers are First Aid and CPR trained. A complete mobile First Aid kit is located at the Campus Safety Office for response anywhere on campus. First aid kits are available in all buildings on campus. Locations are listed in the Emergency Procedures Handbook. Offices with kits are responsible for maintaining a full supply of materials in the kits by calling Environmental Health and Safety at ext. 7233 (SAFE) for replacements.
