Lutheran University. Over the year, the school has faced many challenges. The school has a high mobility rate, which means many students move from and to the school during the year. The causes of such a rate vary from having to move because of the inability to afford housing or the need to find work. Sophia Stover reviews a student’s work at James Sales Elementary.
