Dr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from New Mexico State University, a Master of Music and a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Idaho. Her teaching career included all levels of music—kindergarten through graduate studies.  In addition, she served as Director of Music for several church congregations. As a published author of a music curriculum using hand chimes

She is also a reviewer of jazz dance submissions for Young Arts. Seder earned her BA in Dance and Psychology from Bard College and her MFA in Dance from Smith College.
