He studied privately with Tracy Knoop, Dr. Erik Steighner, and online with Chad Lefkowitz-Brown. He has been fortunate to perform with the Columbia Basin Jazz Orchestra, South Sound Symphonic Band, Sophisticated Swing Jazz Band, and various other groups in the Pacific Northwest.

March 21, 2011 PLU for Japan A student-led effort to raise funds for victims of the earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan began last week on campus. In four days, as of Friday, more than $3,000 was raised. Donations will continue to be received on Campus by the Old Main Market in the UC through Wednesday, March 23.
