June 13, 2013 Commencement Weekend 2013 For the family, friends, alumni and 2013 graduates who joined with us to celebrate Commencement Weekend, we offer a brief slideshow of the recent festivities. For those PLU students who will be graduating in future years, please note that changes are taking place. This December will be the final PLU December graduation. And for those graduating in May 2014, Commencement will take place on Saturday, May 24. For more about the 2013-2014 academic calendar

. Winners of the Undergraduate Statistics Project Competition will give plenary talks. Students can also present their work in the virtual presentation session. We encourage abstract submissions for video presentations. We will provide support for video creation and students can see example presentations by watching last year’s videos. Summer REU-INFEWS Program Posted by: alemanem / November 21, 2019 November 21, 2019 For students interested in Research Experiences this NSF-REU program focuses upon Innovations at the Nexus of Food, Energy and Water Security (INFEWS) with emphasis on biofuels, biochars and clean water treatment.  This ten-week program provides $500 per week stipend, free housing/travel and meal stipend.  Program dates are from June 2nd 2020 through August 6th 2020 at Mississippi State University.  See the REU
