He is employed with the Asset Management branch at the Water Bureau-City of Portland. In 2017, he earned his master’s degree at ETM-PSU as the first step to enrich his mind with a foundation of management knowledge and to bridge the gap between his technical background and management skills. He has a BA in Telecommunication Engineering

Kathleen has also designed for the PLU Music Department, including Set Design and Scenic Artistry for several of the annual Christmas Concerts, and Costume Design for The Magic Flute and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. . Li served as Senior Lecturer in Finance at University of Washington at Seattle and Assistant Professor in Finance at Valparaiso University. Dr. Li teaches various finance and economics courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Li’s research interests include fixed income, M&A, dividend policy, and corporate governance. Her most recent research is published in Journal of Fixed Income.
