this pilot study, we utilized a Picarro G2508 cavity ring-down spectrometer and an automated Forerunner soil-flux AC-001 Autochamber to obtain continuously sampled data on the salt marsh located at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s (PNNL) Marine Science Laboratory (MSL) in Sequim, WA. Throughout the study, we also developed a calibration protocol and gas-analyzer operation method, leading to the formation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for analysis.
