Museum of Glass offers free workshops and activities Tacoma’s Museum of Glass will host a special night of workshops and activities on Friday, Nov. 16, exclusively for college students and their friends. The event, entitled, “Gather,” will include complimentary glassblowing, glass fusing, and flame-working workshops,…

Activities will run from 6:30 until 10:30 p.m. This event is the first of its kind for the Museum of Glass, as part of an effort to increase student engagement with its neighboring universities and colleges. A current student I.D. is required for entry into “Gather,” and each student is invited to bring one, non-college guest age 18 or older.
