Health Center Hours & LocationLocationThe Health Center is located at 121st Street and Park Avenue, just across from the Mortvedt Library. In order to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of the staff, we are currently offering phone visits and provider-approved in-person visits.
