exercise science as it pertains to prevention education and recovery, specifically in cardiac patient population. Currently I work full time at the PULSE Heart Institute as an assistant nurse manager. I find value in remaining in close connection with floor staff while also peeking into the higher levels of health care systems. During my time at PULSE I have served primarily as a mentor for new RN grads as well as RN residents. I find it very rewarding to watch the growth in our young nurses. In my
