The Health Center is located at 121st Street and Park Avenue, just across from the Mortvedt Library. In order to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of the staff, we are currently offering phone visits and provider-approved in-person visits. The Health Center is open from mid-August through early to mid-June Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Our Summer hours (mid-June to mid-August) are Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 AM to 4 PM. The 2021 summer hours commence on June 18 and end on Aug 13.
We are closed for one week between Christmas and New Year’s Day and on the Federal Holidays when the entire University is closed.
Lute Telehealth
Lute Telehealth is a resource for PLU students that expands access to mental health and medical care by providing HIPAA-compliant access to online or phone-based services 24/7/365.
Lute Telehealth provides no-cost, on-demand access to licensed mental health providers, nurse practitioners, and related services from the convenience and comfort of your phone or computer and at the location of your choosing. It also provides the opportunity to work with the same mental health counselor for up to 12 appointments over the course of the academic year (via Scheduled Counseling visits). There are unlimited 24/7 on-demand Medical visits and mental health support (via TalkNow visits). Costs may be associated with a prescription or an off-campus referral to another provider if that is necessary. Psychiatry visits (by referral) and Health Coaching visits are also available at no cost.
