Sexual Misconduct at PLU
PLU’s sexual misconduct policy addresses the responsibilities of Pacific Lutheran University under Title IX and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013. These laws, in conjunction with PLU’s focus on providing an environment in which students can work, live and study free from all types of prohibited conduct, inform the PLU sexual misconduct policy.
