- PLU Alert! – Our emergency notification system (text message, phone call and email alerts). Be sure to up date your cell phone number in Banner.
- Emergency Announcements – There are 22 Emergency Blue Phone poles around campus. In select buildings there are Call for Help stations mounted on the wall. Both serve as loud speakers for emergency announcements and provide a direct link to Campus Safety if you need assistance.
- Parking – Please register your car and be aware of where your vehicle decal allows you to park – check our map link to the right.

Free peer tutoring. PLU has partnered with Knack to help strengthen the peer learning community on campus. As a PLU student you can use Knack to get help from a fellow peer that already aced your class, and/or sign up as a Knack Tutor to help your peers in classes you have aced.
The Mortvedt Library offers many electronic off-campus resources including article databases, e-books, and streaming media. Library and technology support is available to help students use these successfully including a guide to off-campus use.

All veterans and military affiliated students should have swipe card access to AUC183 from 0730-1900 on Monday-Friday.
Call for an appointment
The PLU Writing Center is closed during summer session. However, students enrolled in summer courses (on campus or online) can access writing tips and strategies on the writing center website. Click the tab called “Resources for Writers” to find helpful materials on topics like essay organization, quote integration, thesis statement writing, and many more.
