Orchestra Clinics at PLU
Each year youth orchestras and orchestras from high schools, junior highs and middle schools from throughout the region visit our campus in order to receive a clinic session from our faculty members. A clinic session can be a useful opportunity in a number of ways.
- Your students have a chance to receive feedback similar to what they might expect at a festival.
- Your students receive solid teaching like you provide, but with a fresh voice and perspective.
- Your ensemble can benefit form the acoustic feedback that an excellent venue like Lagerquist Hall has to offer.
- Your students also get a window into musical life on a college campus.
While they are here, your students can tour our campus and have lunch at one of our several campus restaurants.
