Meet Sage the Squirrel

Throughout the year, Sage will send you text messages to check in on your PLU experience. If there’s a question Sage can’t answer, they will connect you with a PLU staff member who can help.

Not only will Sage check in regularly, but you can also reply directly to ask any questions you have about PLU. Sage has been trained by campus staff to answer the most common questions students may have.

How do I text Sage?

If you have provided cell phone number with PLU, Sage will send you a welcome text message giving you all of the information about the service. If you did not have a phone number with us when the welcome text went out. Email Sage@plu.edu and we will get you signed up.

Can I opt out?

Yes, you can opt out of communication with Sage by texting stop or emailing sage@plu.edu.

What type of questions can I ask?

You can ask any question about PLU, if Sage cannot answer it a PLU staff member will be notified and you someone will reach out to you.

I opted out - how can I opt back in?

You are able to opt back in by emailing sage@plu.edu!
