Welcome to Lute Look! This series of virtual events is designed to help you learn more about PLU and those areas that interest you specifically. 28 semester hours The International Honors Program (IHON) provides a select group of entering first-year students a challenging and creative alternative to the General Education Program, which reflects PLU’s unique mission and emphasis upon the liberal arts. The program fulfills 24 semester hours of General Education due to the interdisciplinary nature of the program. Accordingly, students who have satisfactorily completed the Honors Program receive credit for the following: Creative Expression

If elements are a bit too close together you may want to use the spacer element. This will add white space between your different elements.     The spacer is measured in pixels or em which is a bigger than the pixel.

The University maintains general liability insurance that covers students while they are caring for patients or clients as part of a University course. Students should consider carrying their own liability insurance policy if they work in a nurse‐related position outside of their student responsibilities.

All students will wear picture identification tags when in a clinical setting. Students will obtain a clinical photo ID badge when they begin their clinical courses. Some health agencies require that students wear an agency identification nametag. These nametags are obtained from the agency.

A hostile environment may include, but not limited to: bullying, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, lateral violence, discrimination, and physical violence. Incidences of a hostile environment should be reported to the faculty of record. If the faculty of record is involved then the incident should be reported to the Dean.

A work week is defined as a recurring period of seven consecutive twenty-four hour periods (168 hours). The established university work week begins at 12:01 Saturday morning and ends at 12:00 midnight Friday night. The work week for nonexempt employees is the basic unit for determining the proper wage due employees.
