Career Services is located in Nesvig Alumni Center. The Career Services office offers a variety of services and resources for first year college students choosing their major to seniors needing help writing a resume and beginning their job search. Check out the web site for more information about career assessments, career counseling, job search skills, career fairs, and more.

The university established a Hazard Communication Program that is described in the Occupational Health, Safety and Accident Prevention Manual. The program includes procedures for container labeling, maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and employee training and information. The university also maintains a Chemical Hygiene Plan for lab safety. The plan for Natural Sciences is available from the Chemical Hygiene Officer.

The following grading scale has been adopted by the School of Nursing faculty and is used in all courses required for the nursing degree programs: 4.00 94-100 = A 3.00 84-86.9 = B 2.00 71-75.9 = C1.00 62 - 64.9 = D 3.67 90- 93.9 = A- 2.67 80-83.9 = B- 1.67 68-70.9 = C- 0.67 59 - 61.9 = D- 3.33 87-89.9 = B+2.33 76-79.9 = C+1.33 65-67.9 = D+0.00 58 & below = E

To add a staff member start at your dashboard. And click Staff.     Then hit Add New. It is located in two places.     Then fill out the corresponding information. At the minimum, add their name, primary title, phone number, email and epass. Click Publish. In certain cases when a new faculty or staff member is hired, and will be moving from another geographic area, a moving allowance may be provided upon approval of the appropriate budget head and Human Resources. The university recognizes that an impending move is an important undertaking and that household goods are valued possessions. Every effort should be made to be good stewards of university resources. The Moving Policy will accompany applicable offer letters or contracts.
