  • Finding the Jack Number on a Wall PlateWhen you request service for a phone or  internet connection you may need to provide the jack number on the wall plate. Here are some examples of PLU wall plates with phone, network, and cable TV connections. Jack numbers are found at the top or the bottom of the faceplate that your connection is coming from.
