Students are responsible for notifying the School of Nursing and Student Services, and any other appropriate university offices of any changes in name, mailing address, email address, or telephone number in a timely manner. Students who do not keep these offices apprised of this information are still responsible for any information/correspondence sent to them at the last address on file. End-of Program Surveys are administered to graduating students from all nursing programs during the last semester in the program. In addition, the graduating classes are scheduled for a group exit interview with the Dean, for purposes of program evaluation and continuous improvement.
